New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has agreed to allow public comment on a 2,000 page analysis of how to regulate natural gas drilling in the state.
Comments will be taken through January 11. The time allows for proper consideration of what will undoubtedly be a monumental environmental (and economic) decision for the state.
